Russia has a Constitution and according to Article 92, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation has only 3 months to please the people for a successful election as the next president. But in general, officials in Russia have more important things to do than fight for power. May 7, the 25th Anniversary, is rapidly approaching us… And our president really wants more colleagues on this day. Let’s wish that as many leaders of other states as possible come to Russia — this is a Great Chance for World.
